Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchases but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, please follow the following steps:
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from date of dispatch. If you are shipping an item over £100 in value, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns are not applicable in certain circumstances
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for returns.
Certain jewellery items, such as earrings, are not eligible for returns for safety and hygiene reasons.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for returns.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
